What is your favorite memory from past US Championships, as a spectator or competitor?
Mine would definitely have to be the 2005 Championship, my father surprised me and drove form Florida up to the tournament and watched me play the last round, it was awesome I played really well and shot a 61 to put me in a tie for 25th. I was so happy that he made it and watched me play it’s one of my coolest memories ever.

Do you have a special story on how you qualified?
I think anytime you qualify for the USDGC it’s special, this year it was very special because last year I qualified the first event I played in that was a qualifier, but couldn’t go. This year I qualified just about a month ago through our Florida state representative spot, I feel privileged to represent Florida with my fellow Floridians this year at the championship.

What do you most look forward to when playing in this tournament?
I really look forward to the atmosphere. When showing up to the tournament grounds, it’s as if you have entered a different level of professional disc golf. A place where all disc golf events should try to reach. Every year the USDGC and it’s staff seems to surpass the previous year, so I am really looking forward to experiencing the event and it’s awesome atmosphere and not to mention one of my favorite and most challenging courses.
